2. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following is strictly prohibited on foxy.link:

1. Uploading, sharing, storing, or distributing content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children.

2. Depicting minors in any sexualised, exploitative, or endangering context.

3. Using the platform to initiate, plan, or facilitate sexual contact with minors.

4. Creating or sharing content that inappropriately sexualises minors – regardless of whether it involves real, fictitious, or AI-generated depictions.

5. Linking or referring to external content that involves the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children.

3. Technical and Organisational Safeguards

foxy.link implements comprehensive measures to protect children:

• Age Verification (AVS): Access to content is only possible after successful age verification through an external, certified system.

• KYC Verification for Creators: All creators must undergo identity verification (Know Your Customer) with a valid ID document. Only verified adults can upload content.

• Automated Content Review: Uploaded content is automatically checked for prohibited material.

• Manual Moderation: In addition to automated checks, manual review is conducted.

• Reporting System: Users can report suspicious content at any time via our support.

4. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

If we become aware of material that depicts or suggests the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, we immediately take the following measures:

1. Immediate removal of the affected content and suspension of the responsible account.

2. Reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other competent reporting agencies.

3. Preservation of relevant data and evidence to support criminal investigations, to the extent permitted and required by law.

foxy.link cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organisations.

5. Sanctions for Violations

In case of violations of this child protection policy, we take decisive action:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of the account in question without prior warning.

• Deletion of all associated content.

• Withholding of outstanding payouts.

• Reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
